St Peter's C of E Primary School is proud to have been recognised by the regional NHS Partnership as an Asthma Friendly School.
The Asthma Friendly Schools Award was established to encourage schools to create safe, healthy and inclusive environments for pupils with asthma. By adopting the programme's strategies, schools support the whole community in developing a better understanding of asthma and how it can be effectively managed.
To achieve this recognition, St Peter's has successfully met a range of criteria designed to promote an asthma-friendly environment and ensure compliance with current Department of Health guidance and legislation. This award reflects our commitment to supporting the health, wellbeing and inclusion of all pupils, enabling them to participate fully and confidently in school life.
