School session times
Foundation & KS1
8:55 am - 12:00 noon
1:05 pm - 3:30 pm
It is important that all children arrive at school and leave safely. In order that this is achieved, we ask that parents who bring their child to school by car park responsibly, remembering the need for unobstructed vision for pedestrians on the school's side of Turncroft Road.
We encourage as many families as possible to walk to school. A shelter has been built on the front playground to help in times of bad weather.
Please note that all children from Reception up to Year 4 must be collected from school by someone who is over the age of 16, for safety reasons.
If your child is collected by an adult at the close-of-school on a regular basis, please inform the school office of any changes to normal arrangements to enable us to dismiss our pupils safely.
It is important that children arrive at school punctually, between 8:45 am and 8:55 am, and wait on the playgrounds. From 8:50 am, the school doors will open and children are invited to enter the building. In the case of wet weather conditions, children can come into school at 8:45 am.
Please be aware that the school is not responsible for any children on school grounds prior to 8:50am. Should you require assistance in the morning, our Breakfast Club is open from 8:00am, for a minimal fee.
8:50 am - 12:30 pm
1:15 pm - 3:30 pm
If your child has an appointment during the school day, please inform the class teacher in writing prior to the appointment.
Where possible, please arrange for appointments to take place out of school hours.
