On Monday 23rd March, Boris Johnson addressed the nation to give very clear instruction that the safest place for ALL children is at home, isolated to prevent further infection and spread of COVID-19.
St Peter’s staff continue to dedicate their time, putting themselves at risk, to care for the children who still require a place at school. Places are only available now to children of keyworkers and those deemed vulnerable under government guidelines.
Key workers are required to provide school with a letter from their employer to clarify their role, to complete a form and return it to school with evidence of your shift pattern/work commitments over a 3 week period. This will allow us ascertain the validity of your claim and to staff the school safely to protect both staff and children from the spread of CIVID-19.
If it is at all possible, the safest place for your child is at home with you.
